This form is used to remit hotel & ground transportation deposit for the GAL trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras in February 2011.

The Deposit

At this time, a deposit of $160 per person is required to hold your hotel room and ground transportation (bus reservations).

Lodging Note

IMPORTANT: If you're one of those people who sits on the fence making up his/her mind, be aware that the "rules" are likely to be different this time since there is NO guarantee that we will be able to obtain ANY additional rooms once we start locking them down. In the past, Tom has been able to finagle one or two extra rooms for latecomers but we doubt that will work for the New Orleans trip since almost all the hotels book up early (in fact, it's already getting hard to find space). If you want to make the trip, make sure you reserve via your deposit now!

Important Notes

  1. Please send a SEPARATE FORM for each participant.
  2. PRICING: Please see the Event Information page for package pricing.
  3. We will depart Portland on Thursday February 24 and return to Portland on Monday February 28 (4 nights lodging).
  4. The Knights of Sparta Parade is Saturday February 26.
  5. We will look at doing either a second parade OR some kind of standstill performance on Sunday February 27. (Currently I'm leaning toward standstill.)
  6. Remainder of time is free to enjoy one of the world's great cities.
